Welcome to my website!

I am a postdoc at the department of economics and business administration at the University of Hagen.
My research interests fall into the fields of applied microeconomics, especially labour and behavioural economics. Using theoretical models and empirical econometrics (including quasi-experimental methods, survey data, and non-standard data collected from the fields of professional sports and art), I try to understand phenomena such as contest behaviour, gender differences in preferences and labour market outcomes, pricing decisions, and fairness concerns.
